I'm not at DAL so can't speak to DAL/NWA lines, however, the Bus is a good airplane. Very comfortable up front and few really bad problems. The sidestick is easy...nice for lunch, too.
The only problems I had related to the box. It is "difficult" at times and not the most intuitive piece of equipment. The plane flies well. I think some guys are hesitant to fly it like a "normal" plane.
I enjoyed it.
