PSA management already tried to play dirty with the pilot group here. PSA's pilot group overwhelmingly voted down 900s without a proper pay rate in place to fly them. There are plenty of senior regional lifers here that firmly believe "gain aircraft now, negotiate rates later" but they are bumbling idiots and largely out numbered by non-inbred, educated folks.
