I interviewed with Skywest a few months back. I didn't get the job and they told me to reapply in 6 months.
So far I've taken this time to keep studying the ATP written, build my hours instructing, study IFR procedures, memorize the crap out of my airplane and pretty much prepare for a redo.

Ok here's the question, what's the chances of getting a second interview and getting the job in march? I was told to email my resume back out a few weeks before my 6 months were up. Is there anyone who has had this happen and gotten a job the second time and what are so tips for try two. Skywest doesn't tell you anything so I don't even know what it was that they didn't like.
