When did they start charging an additional $75 for parents on international flights? I see that all people traveling S3B or S3C get dinged with this charge. Since they are not traveling with me (from Canada) they will be charged an extra $150!

If I recall, this changed with all of the other pass benefits. Parents were allotted a specific number before the change, 18 sticks in my head but I cannot remember. After they changed all of the DCI priorities this change went in to effect. I also beleive that parents had limited S3B/C domestic days before as well.
DO they consider Canada a transoceanic day? I do not think so? I know my parents have gone to the Caribbean a bunch and I never get dinged for that.
