They did. It had the actual time flown up to 300 hours. It had to do with limitations placed on crews with less than 300, like high mins captain. Or so I was told.
I should have clarified that I feel if one has greater then 300 hours it is unnecessary to put GT300. Just leave it blank. That way if you see something there that sends up a flag that your CA/FO would have less then 300 hours. If there is always a # there I'm less likely to pay attention. JMO.
