If you are non-reving somewhere and don't get on your primary flight (which you checked in for and checked baggage for) but do make it on your back-up flight, same destination but different en-route stop - will your bag be sent ahead on the first flight?
Example: Check in for HNL-LAX-SAN and do not get on, but you get on a back-up flight one hour later HNL-SEA-SAN, would your checked bag be sent ahead to SAN?
Thanks - Scoop
Your bag is going to go Scoop. I non-reved with the family hoping to go ATL to JFK. Well, our bags went but there weren't any seats for us. We ended up going ATL to PHL and I collected our bags at JFK later.
