I'd like to know what training is like. I understand it's 7 weeks long. How long is basic indoc and at which point does the group split up from everybody in basic indoc to seniority-based equipment awards and training with those on the same equipment? I heard we are paid for training(nice!)- will we receive pay during our training or at the end?
I'm excited to start!
