Yes you can get the $$$ right away, but unless you 'punch' the company (your words...mine was grievance) the situation will NEVER change. A successful grievance may provide not only a financial remedy, but also a cease and desist with the contract vioaltions....I know which I would rather have for the good of ALL DAL pilots.
