I disagree with the ability to still get to and from work while driving yourself after a DUI. Probably should have thought of that before you drove drunk. Hire a driver, it should be a complete and utter hardship since you decided to risk the lives of the innocent around you.

This country is soft..just look at some of the freedoms our prisoners are allowed.
