training sucks. there's no sugar coating it. you'll be bright eye'd and bushy tail for about 3 days then the reality will set in.
once your spirit is broken things get easier.
IOE is longer than just two weeks. It's when ever your instructor says your competent enough to fly the airplane. The biggest challange, putting it on the ground (unless you've flown something larger than a King Air).
Take as much time that is allowed to complete IOE. No need to rush.
