Also congress and/or the FAA are planning on "improving" the flow of information to employers, (colgan fallout). Expect the PRIA to go back ten years in the near future, and since Colgan claimed they didn't know about Renslow's checkride failures assume that those and any other adverse info in your FAA file will be reported via PRIA.

I suspect they will also start recording 141 checkride (EOC) failures in your FAA record also.

Personally I'm pretty sure Colgan knew damn well about renslow's past, they are just using that as a cop-out...even if Renslow didn't tell them, anyone who has any experience doing interviews can spot a 141 checkride failure in your logbook.
