Here are the steps to find the memo. It's not in the contract and I just recently found out where it is.
1) Log on to Deltanet and go to the Flight Ops page.
2) Towards the top of the first column, click on "Flight Ops Merger HQ."
3) Center column under "Merger Updates" click on the memo called "Memo - Transition to Delta Payroll."
That memo is a pdf and has all the information you need. Hope this helps!
