I agree with this one! How about Armani Grey suit with silver stripes that actually go all the away around your sleeves for a change. United pilot unforms looks like FA uniforms. The others like NetJet may have copied them a little because UAL uniforms look less military than DAL's and they look more like regular business suit every joe wears to work for corporate America.

DB jacket a la DAL only looks good if you are slim and medium to tall in height. They do not look on fat overweight guys and gals whether they are short or tall and unfortunately most fall into this category. I've seen more fat ones than slim pilots.

Hat only helps bald pilots. Those of us with full head of hair don't care for them at all. They are too damn hot to wear in the Summer.
