That's what i'm trying to figure out. What's best for me. I know the reputation that sorrounds these two airlines and i'm no newbie on this board.

I understand what you guys are saying, but simplysaid, just like you did in the past - I will choose one of them, and will not continue doing what i'm doing till something better comes along. For now I've got two offers and I have to choose which one i'm sticking with. That's what i'm asking your help in.

The question is not whether i'm going to do it, it's with whom. Don't tell me about managment, work rules, pay - I know all those and if you were in my shoes and were offered the option you'd take it with both hands. I'm not saying i'm marrying these airlines, just going to work for'em.

Any direction with the above mentioned would be appreciated. I'm just trying to figure out what's better.

For those of you who have attended TSA. Do you know what's the pay guarantee when you start training. I understand they pay salary, but imagine it's not the 70-75 hrs guarantee you get on line/rsrv - so i'm wondering what the pay is like?

At the end of the day, what's more attractive in terms of airplanes - CRJ or the ERJ?

And with regards to both these airlines, and before you crucify me - please acknowledge that i'm only talking about these two. Who do you think is more stable? - Don't tell me none, I'm aware of that.
