If you are near a local Community College that has an Aviation/Pilot Training Program (Curriculum), they may very well have something like an "Introduction to Turbine or Turboprop Aircraft" class. I took such a class about 15 years ago at a local Community College, very informative, cost me a whopping $33 as I recall (albeit in 1995 dollars). Also, FlightSafety has a "Turbine Transition" Class (along with a Turbine Transition Manual) which I believe is quite popular with people upgrading from a piston twin to a turboprop...... SimCom and Simuflight may have something similar, not sure. If you are transitioning from a Baron to a t-prop you will most likely end up at one of these (or another) sim based training provider - ask them for the aircraft specific training materials/manuals well ahead of time, and ask them for a copy of their "Turbine Transition Manual" too.
