I flew for a scheduled 135 outfit that had this policy and loved it. Funny thing, all the woe is me storytelling liars who stormed out saying they'd never fly us again usually reappeared tout suite. We beat their other option to get home by a large margin. From where I'm sitting, I don't see too many of these folks storming out and hopping on the train or bus.
So fine, let congress mandate this too but let's make sure it's a two way street.
Imagine how much more enjoyable "Airline" will be with all the ****ed off, half-drunk, pajama wearing, passengers being recorded as they realize they are being held accountable for a change.
