The pay wouldn't be that bad if no one took the job. Chuck Colgans resume inbox should be empty no excuses. At 1000 bucks a month the "i have a family" crap just dosen't fly. I am not asking for pity, nor defending the company/wages/QOL. Sombody asked a question, and I answered it truthfully.

But beyond, that your are making the same mistake* earlier mainliners have made: you are not fighting to have EVERY aircraft with ANY seats flown by a mainline pilot.


*Maybe it wasn't a mistake. Maybe they were just too proud to fly little puddle jumpers.
