I'm confused.

The MEC at Spirit has defined struck work as pilots who go to work for SPIRIT, crossing a picket line, or being hired by Spirit after the strike and flying as a pilot FOR Spirit.

The MEC very DELIBERATELY left their "struck work" definition open for another carrier to fly. So are you saying that the Spirit MEC has now changed their minds? Or are you saying that since Vision is being hired BY Spirit to fly for them, that it's considered "struck work"?

disclaimer: I don't fly for Vision, have no intention of EVER crossing a picket line, just trying to understand what's going on in the interest of keeping up with your fight. Hope you get a contract you want and deserve!

p.s. That website has to be the slowest-loading website I've seen in years on a high-speed internet connection...
