Hey. Let's make sure we use the same argument against ourselves when we bring Southwest, UPS, and Fed Ex into the equation.
We don't look that hot when we are compared to the pilot payrates at Alaska, Jet Blue, Air Tran, or even Spirit either.
If the company tells us that they can't give us a payraise because we can't compete with US Airways and their pilot cost structure, it's time for our negotiators to walk out of the room....
