Holy epiphany, I always see those mysteriously unmarked 76's sitting on the south ramp in IAD (just north of the ATC tower) and nobody (ramp, ground, ops/Abdul, etc.) will ever give me a straight answer during our late-night late-flight, delayed-flight, FUBAR-flight, taxi in/out about who flies them or for whom. The one thing I did hear was something to do with the DOD, but nobody seems willing or able to provide a consistent answer. It's become a routine query during my involuntary late night IAD visits, long after the perfect English speaking rampers have all gone to their dwellings for the night, rendering us "on our own" to get parked/deplane (Mx sometimes saves the day). Any similar accounts are welcome, but please be brief so the thread doesn't get muddied up over my inquiry... PM if you like.

So Vision does or does not have 767's on property? The sooner an official statement comes out, the better so this can be put to bed as a scare tactic and/or flame bait.
