It is a shame to see so much misinformation and so many postings with false or inaccurate information.
If everyone on this site is so smart, why didn't someone just pick up the phone and call Vision Airlines to inquire as to what their position was with respect to flying for Spirit. What seems to be lost in all of this is the passenger is still going to travel. So, while a strike is the last resort you can rest assured that Delta and a few other carriers are licking their chops at the idea of Spirit's pilots going on strike.
It appears to me that the big winners out of a Spirit strike would be Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and American. The long-term losers would obviously be Spirit employees and ultimately the consumer because I think it is a safe assumption fares would increase.
Either way....please get your facts straight before you spend time smearing and threatening other airlines. If the Union leadership of Spirit is this misinformed, God help the pilots.

I smell something.
Tell me, did you deliberately wait until the last week before coming here to attempt to distribute your FUD or did you just now figure out this venue was available?
