2. The maximum number of Mesaba pilots Flowing Up shall be:
a. ten percent (10%) of the Total Pilot Group over a rolling
twelve (12) month period, and
b. no more than nine (9) pilots a month (three (3) pilots per
month for the period January 1, 2008 through
September 30, 2008).
c. The above-referenced maximums may be exceeded by
the consent of the parties, DAL and DAL ALPA.
