ALPA's definition of a SCAB:

. . . any pilot who performs any service on behalf of Spirit Airlines after a strike is declared, whether or not they act as a pilot or in some other capacity, will be considered to be operating against their fellow brothers and sisters at Spirit Airlines, the Air Line Pilots Association, the pilots ALPA represents, and the piloting profession as a whole.
