I'm sure you are right, but then someone better tell the DALPA MEC cause what I posted came from them. However, they have been wrong before. Either way, the furlough bypass and fNWA poolies will be ahead of everyone else.
And I wouldn't expect the amount of Maeaba flows to be increased. There aren't too many guys who are happy that it exists at all.
