A little kumbaya goes a long ways. You remind me of the guy who gets mad when he nonrevs and doesn't get his way. Then I come up with a Starbucks for the gate agent and she treats me like a king. It's all in your delivery my friend. And yes, I want OUR airline to be the best too.
Our attitudes now represent the end game. We all tried what you advocate in the beginning. That was quickly dismissed. It is NOT in our delivery. You wouldn't know because you haven't seen what we are seeing.
Now, back to your dismissive attitude. At least I now understand where you got it from.
