I just interviewed with and got hired by Expressjet on Monday 11-13-06. I applied on 8-15-06, Didn't here anything until 11-02-06 when I got the invite. They also moved my interview pool ahead one day from the 14th. No sweat, not complaining, I was already to go anyway. As for the people from September being invited, this could be true, but don't sweat it if you haven't heard anything yet they are pretty far behind because of all the applications. As for preparing for the interview, www.aviationinterviews.com is awesome, though I don't remember it being free, it is well worth the money. I joined in April and was more than prepared by May, before I even applied. When you get the reply things will happen very, very fast so if you aren't studying or aren't ready right now, get you a$$ in gear and get ready now before they reply.

I also bought a Jeppesen Mexico trip kit and the Jeppesen Chart training DVD. Both kind of expensive, but it got me the job!!!

Also, like the gouges say on www.aviationinterviews.com say, they are really looking for who you are not necessarily what you know. Relax, be yourself, and be honest. If you don't know something just admit it, they respect that a lot more than having smoke blown up there tailpipes.
