We moved recently and had to change from AT&T phone service to Verizon. AT&T always showed DAL as the caller ID. Verizon can't break the code and shows it as "Out of Area." If you have a service that will allow it, key in a different ring tone for the scheduling numbers. Mine is an alarm, sort of like a submarine being torpedoed.

If I'm on the hook, I obviously answer. If I'm not, the sub goes down.
weird... I'm on Verizon and whenever the scheduler (actual person) calls me it's unavailable number, but when it's the junior assignment machine, the number comes up on caller ID for me.
