OKC will only have records of you flight time on 8710 forms (submitted each time you take a checkride) and on medical application forms.

You probably have never submitted an 8710. If you got your medical AFTER you had started training their might be a record of your total flight time, but without CFI signatures that will count only as total time, not as required instruction for the PPL.

If you are starting over with an eye towards professional flying buy a large professional logbook. Trust Me.
