Jumpseat priorities are usually something along the lines of:
1) FAA / SS / other official government business
2) Company employees on official business (line checks, management, etc)
3) Positive space company travel
Then, jumpseating space available...
4) Company employees (ie: Skywest)
5) Wholly owned employees (ie: ASA)
6) Contracted major employees (ie: United / Delta)
7) Other associated regional carriers (ie: DCI, United Express)
8) All other carriers with reciprocal agreements & CASS
I don't work for Skywest or whoever you may be jumpseating on, but I'd guess its something similar to that. You'll only have priority over mainline if its your company you're on.
