I don't think that was his intent so much as stating that you probably know who the bad apples are and you should manage your own hen house. If they do come and carry that attitude you can bet that the EVP of Flight Ops will get word about it from the CPs. If the flow doesn't work with qualified, and by qualified it means more than just being a pilot for 20 years with XJ, they will find a way around it. I would hate someone ruining it for me if I was an XJ pilot.
