Well now, that mechanism doesn't exist for XJ or CPS. They will flow up and if the behavior doesn't change on the bad apples, for better or worse, it will look bad on themselves and the groups they came from. I just got done with the schoolhouse, and I know that the flow through is not looked on favorably. It is what it is though, but you can bet there will be a microscope over the guys that flow. I think that's the gist of these posts. At least that's how I view them.
The problem is that no interview process is going to weed out these apples, not at Delta, not at Mesaba. I'd like to know how the guys that already flowed up are representing Mesaba? The few I knew were good guys and had good reputations. Why don't you judge us on those guys instead of some preconceived notion of what Mesaba pilots are like.
