there are plenty of companies out there hiring under their listed minimums, however, that doesn't mean a 400 hr pilot will get through. My advise would be to try to get yourself 500 PIC, that way when upgrades come around, you won't have to steal a cessna 150 to get to those ATP minimums.

TSA has hired plenty of low time guys, and a ton and a half of them with much less multi that you have....walked in a resume for a friend of mine when he had 550/50, they told him to get more time, hired him with 600/50, and 500 PIC.
