Buzz;
Technically speaking the 1500 sked check is only required on your last off day prior to your first fly day. There is no requirement to check it on a R day at 1500. Most do and save the schedulers thousands of phone calls. If you are on LC and they call, answer it, or don't. But if they are assigning you a trip 12+ hr out or SC 10+ hrs our you must confirm by VRU, voice or DBMS three hrs prior to report.
