Their seniority, not longevity. NWA generally hired dispatchers off the street so a guy with less longevity was holding better skeds than a guy that was an internal transfer at DAL. So they ratioed their "seniority" so that post integration they would hold a similar schedule to what they did at their pre-merger airline.
