Perhaps because the upgrade time used to be 8 years but that will be changing. The people who tell you that never had to truly work a hard day at a real job. Probably straight from flight school environment to the regionals and are spoiled. No offense to those who have done that, it's just that some guys don't appreciate the fact they got lucky and then look down on those folks who got in at a time that was slow but who are very appreciative when they ARE cut a break.
