Won't i de-qual at the end of July 2010? Or is it legal for the company to alter my base month to July (because my last PC and PT were in the late grace months) making me legal until Aug 31 (my NEW late grace)? cuz thats what they r tryin to do!
I thought that you could either take your check in your prior, due, or grace month and that all counted as if you checked in your due month. If you check outside that range it resets your due month. I believe you are correct, by checking in your grace month you did not reset your due month.
