No, you can't file a grievance. That's only for pilots with contracts. At B6 you are on your own. You can be fired at any time for any reason. The "contract" isn't worth the paper its written on at B6 because its an individual service contract. They are under no obligation to continue paying the wage you hired in on nor maintain the work rules in place the day you got hired.

B6 is a cancer on the airline industry.
