Has Falcon Air Express formed an organizing committee yet? If not, how is National supposed to approach Falcon Air when there is nobody to go to. Are they supposed to walk up to random pilots and ask "Want to organize."
It takes 10 or so pilots to form an organizing committee and then call up Herndon and say "Lets do this."
