I was prior military and received a SOD/Down, then continued training as normal after the standard paperwork. How would you answer: "yes" "no" or "yes" with clarification/explanation?

My opinion is yes with an explanation. It probably won't come up on the interview but if it does and you're honest, positive, and learned something, it'll probably actually help. Good luck!
