I'd suspect a majority of pilots mark yes to this. I didn't pass my initial ride on the EMB-120 as an FO, actually I had an incomplete because I did a go-around at 1500' because I got off the LOC while OEI, while stupidly trying to do two jobs at once, and at another point I got close to exceeding 250 below 10,000', I didn't break, just got close. Turns out the next LCA said that incompletes weren't allowed anymore so it had to change to a fail. But I don't even know if my record shows fail or anything as it wasn't a type ride. I explained it, done, no problems. I figured they had the record there in front of them.
Looking back two other people had "incompletes" with me including one that didn't bust any mins or procedures but her LCA just wanted to see her fly again, the second LCA scoffed and just had her takeoff and land VFR and was done. And another who put the gear down a dot below GS while OEI when OEI is on GS. Oh well. Hell, a Captain friend failed his ride because he failed to notice his engine failed while in an idle descent, he noticed when the power came up. They said you should've noticed 30 seconds earlier, but its okay here's your pink slip but you did so well I'm going to mark you down as pass and you can continue to aircraft training. ?!??????? idiots. Same place that did engine failures during your steep turns and compounded different emergencies on top of each other during a checkride.
