Heres my take
This is what I think is happening.
Ask any airline pilot (except SWA) and they are probably
doing 250 knots under 10 Thousand.
That is why ( I feel) SWA cockpit transmissions sound like they
are talking with the window open.
Then again, I am sure those SWA guys and girls are
abiding the FAR's to the letter. cough cough
Be interested to hear from some folks at SWA
