I honestly do not know, but since VLJ's are more or less already flying as Mustangs, Phenoms and Premiers then just use the NBAA rates for those aircraft. As far as my other comment, if a company is using two men to fly a single-pilot-IFR certified airplane, something which is quite common for insurance reasons, you can expect a lot lower pay because they have to spread the labor cost across twice as many employees.
