I should've said meeting Newk, Carl and Ferd out of DTW. What if there was a perfect storm and all 3 were in NYC's downtown overnight? Dare I say, Hogs and Heffers?
Thats where my Coex buddy took me my first time in the city. Quite an introduction. Bar in Elisabeth, Newark Penn, Penn St, Empire St. Building, Central Park, Times Square, the Village?, and topped off at Hogs and Heffers and a cab back to Newark Penn at 3am. Scheduling called at 7. I kid you not-luckily I drink cokes. I got dressed, went to the airport but called and said "you know, I don't go on call til 10, so I don't think its right you call me at 7." They agreed and sent me back and I slept for 3 days.
