You are right, they should all make poverty wages that way they can understand what it is like to be a regional pilot.
How about they outsource their high paying positions to lesser paid subcontracted employees. Why pay Bruce York $350,000 a year when we can hire a paralegal to do his job for $35,000. Sounds like the chaos that exists in the airline world.
Your anger is misdirected to blame profesionals for being paid as professionals, ALPA is not responsible for the airline industry woes. So if I understand you correctly, ALPA Natl employees make too much money but you do not make enough?
