Actually that is true with most of our Aircraft.......we bulk out before we gross out.
There are a few exceptions to that rule, our very long haul flights.

FDX needs and A/C that can Non Stop from China to MEM and PARIS and carry 180-220 thousand LBS of cargo. The MD-11 can't do it. The 777F apparently (almost) can.

Just a guess but if you bid the 777. I hope you like Paris and Guanghou layovers cuz I suspect that is about all you will do.
