FtB; very true. Like when they closed DFW. Many did not think it was a good decision, but if you were not on board with it, you will replaced because you did not subscribe to the new philosophy.

Change is coming but it will probably be a lot slower than many expect or want.
I many not like all of the changes, but that does not mean that there is not a reason for them.
