I could also give you guys on the other side who have made some of the unbelievable comments. Where does that get us. Probably would just make matters worse and possibly cause some good people to loose their jobs. I think that things might be changing a little because some changes have been made in the flt ops chain of command.
Bottom line: If they do not want to do best practices and review things just come out and say it and be done with it. Don't tell us it is going to happen and then slam the door on everything we try to bring up. In the mean time we are seeing our best guys that have been the guys for years that put out 150% in thankless positions being replaced, retire, fired, or quit out of frustration and they are the very people that should be doing the discussion on 350 best practice items or if that is a former DAL review only then please let us know that as well so we can forget about it. I'm about done with it myself.

All good points. I know that in the past when a group of pilots have advocated for a change based on facts and research, they have been listened to. When it airs on the side of emotion, no so much.

We all want this airline to prosper, and part of that is taking the best from both airlines. If we are failing in that area, we need leaders that will succeed. It sounds like things are changing though. It may happen slowly but it is happening.
