Heard the same from another line check/training type guy.
The vast majority of fNWA are integrating with no problems at all. They are taking leadership roles.
However, the senior entrenched 747 captains are apparently getting a reputation as a bunch of bed-wetters who are resisting any and all change just because it didn't come from them. More interested in posturing and their "prestige" than efficient flight operations. Thus we are seeing alot of them being quietly shown the door.
They are rapidly losing credibility and influence among the real decision-makers.
The whole situation is a real shame since those guys could be providing valuable input if they could just get over their "kiss my ring" complex.
