Profit sharing is based on pre-tax income. The numbers that Alfa's guestimating would provide around a 4% (including DC contributions) pay boost for active pilots. I'll take that. I'm hoping for more, but we do work in the airline industry.
Took it to mean that the profit sharing check would be about $4500 per pilot...so how would that represent 4%, unless you were using $100K as the average salary? Never did well in new math. Just trying to see what it would mean to the average pilot in terms of additional hours.
