Don't understand, If they have aircraft based in places as listed above, why would they insist that all their pilots live in Farmingdale.....I'm sure they could find more Pilots living in Florida, than Farmingdale.
And certainly more pilots willing to MOVE to Florida than to move to Farmingdale.....
